For years, I wore strength like armor. From an early age, I learned to carry the responsibility of juggling everything for everyone else. As an adult, it continued: successful career, supportive wife, involved mom, small group leader, wearer of all the hats. Always smiling, always pouring out. But inside? I felt silently stuck, disconnected, and exhausted from craving to be seen and loved without having to ask for it. My 17-year marriage was holding on by a thread, and I truly believed if he would just change, I'd finally feel enough.
I started going to counseling – with the hope that if I went, my husband would go, too. Counseling helped a little, but there was still a void.
Everything shifted when I finally gave up my false sense of control and striving to prove my worth. I stopped asking God to change others and started asking Him what He wanted to restore in me. That's when it hit me: Everything I'd been searching for, He had already given me. I'd just spent a lifetime looking for it in everyone else.
That awareness led me to dive deep into professional training in trauma-informed coaching, codependency recovery, and the neuroscience behind lasting change. What Scripture had said all along, science was confirming. It wasn't just about reading His Word; it was about learning how to live it out.
Today, I help Christian women who are tired of craving to be seen, loved, and “enough” to finally see that they already are. Together, we break free from old roles, lies, and limitations that our life story has taught us so they can live with peace, confidence, and purpose as daughters of the King.
I built the program I once needed most. One that brings together faith, neuroscience, and psychology-based practical tools to restore the whole person: mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I don't coach from theory. I coach from lived redemption, professional training, and Spirit-led wisdom.
Awareness is the beginning. You can't change what you can't see. We start by understanding the "why" behind your patterns with compassion, not shame.
Application is the breakthrough. Awareness opens the door; application is what lets you walk through it.
Warm and authentic. I'll listen without judgment AND help you hear what you might not hear in yourself.
Holistic, not Band-Aid. True change happens when we address the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Like coffee with a trusted friend. A friend who has deep empathy for the journey and will help you find your next faithful step forward.
Whether you're doing individual work or walking through this alongside your spouse, my job is the same: help you love yourself and others from a place of wholeness, not depletion.
My personal journey is backed by professional training to provide faith-integrated, trauma-informed support.

"Do the hard things. It's worth it." Day by day. One faithful step in front of the other.
Next to Jesus, my family, and healthy boundaries, they may be the secret to a happy life. Ha!
Sweet-smelling candle, coffee in hand, worship music lighting my soul.
Old me: "Absolutely not, keeping that locked up tight!" New me: "Do it, girl! It's where chains start to break!"
(Wait, maybe I could say that better. Ha!)
To me, they represent God's peace in the midst of chaos.
